Job summary

Addison Group in Austin is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day operational and logistical support for marketing initiatives, events, and programs. The role requires strong organization, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You will coordinate events, manage vendor relationships, handle marketing materials and swag, and drive process improvements across 18 business units.

Qualifications

• Marketing department experience in a marketing-focused organization.
• Experience supporting events including scheduling, vendor coordination, and logistics.
• Familiarity with Trello, Monday.com, or similar workflow tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience communicating with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event schedules, meetings, vendors, and speaker logistics.
• Manage branded merchandise and event materials distribution.
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives and administrative requests across the organization.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support marketing needs.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Serve as central point between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for social media accounts across 18 businesses.
