This role requires 15+ years in marketing operations/strategy, with a track record of transforming complex marketing functions, and partnering across Sales, Finance, and IT to measure impact. Hybrid in-office role in California.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading marketing operations, strategy, or transformation in global, matrixed orgs.
• Operator who scales complex systems with clarity and speed.
• Experience planning, budgeting, performance management, and marketing ROI.
• Proven track record leading senior teams across operations, planning, and AI capabilities.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; able to lead in any room.

Responsibilities

• Run the business of marketing: operating model, rhythm, and performance systems.
• Lead the Office of the CMO and align leadership on priorities and execution.
• Translate company goals into marketing priorities, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive transformation frameworks, governance, and skill-building across the function.
• Oversee Marketing AI Center of Excellence and enterprise adoption of AI.
