Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. operates Michaels stores and is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service in Lexington, KY. You will assist customers, process transactions, and participate in in-store programs and promotions.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Encourage and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation.
