Job summary

Michaels Lexington store is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and process fast, accurate checkouts. You will also assist with framing tasks and stock replenishment to maintain an inviting, well-organized shopping experience.

As part of the team, you will engage customers in rewards programs, participate in omnichannel activities, and support safety and shrink programs while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Familiarity with store SOPs and brand standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to company policies.
