Job summary

You’ll engage customers in rewards programs, support BOPIS and SFS, and follow SOPs while upholding safety and company standards. Some shifts require evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Support checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; keep shelves in order.
• Participate in omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.
• Maintain store recovery, planograms, and store standards.
• Uphold SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior.
