Job summary

Michaels in Lexington, KY is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must be at least sixteen years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and store maintenance, including go back process.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
