Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Marketing Manager for US Foot & Ankle in West Chester, PA. You will drive downstream marketing, analyze health of the business, support launches, and educate the sales force and surgeons while coordinating with professional societies.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage pricing, forecasts and promotional activities, and travel up to 40% as needed to meet market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimal requirement of 5 years in Marketing, Sales, R&D, or related areas.
• At least 2 years in a medical device or healthcare regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual US business objectives for sales, net income, gross profit, inventory and price.
• Lead and execute US product launches including pricing, promotion, sales force and surgeon education.
• Develop strategy and execute activities for national and regional professional society conferences and meetings.
• Be SME for products, strategies, procedures, surgical techniques and market landscape.
• Partner with Sales to align with product strategy and build surgeon relationships.
• Work with manager to implement business plan focused on growth and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, Global marketing and education teams.
