Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Manager, Foot & Ankle in West Chester, PA to drive US downstream marketing for the product portfolio. You will own health of business analytics, launches, and surgeon education while collaborating with sales and Global marketing to deliver a strong growth strategy.

You will lead pricing, promotional planning, and targeted campaigns for national and regional meetings; experience in orthopaedics is preferred and travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of dynamic business experience in Marketing, Sales, R&D, or a combination of these.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device or other healthcare regulated environment.
• Orthopaedic foot & ankle experience is preferred; orthopaedic sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed organization; comfortable influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual US business plan objectives for sales, net income, gross profit, inventory and price.
• Lead US product launches including pricing strategy, promotional planning, and sales force training.
• Develop strategy for national and regional professional society conferences and meetings.
• Serve as subject matter expert for products, marketing strategies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs and align product strategy.
• Travel with the role up to 40% domestically; support education and training initiatives.
