Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required; Business/Marketing/Finance background preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant business experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare/medical device marketing or related commercial role.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Proven leadership in a matrixed organization; strong change management ability.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop global lifecycle management strategies for products and families.
• Lead copy approval and ensure regulatory/compliance for materials.
• Provide on-site support and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Drive worldwide product launches and coordinate with regional teams.
• Contribute to portfolio planning and development with R&D and partners.
