The role requires leading Stage Gate/NPI processes, building key customer relationships, and delivering revenue growth while aligning with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in marketing, business development, sales, product management, R&D, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor technologies, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.
• Experience managing customer relationships, commercialization projects, and growth initiatives.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for Huntsman's Advanced Technologies in NA electronics (semiconductor, display, battery).
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to support commercialization and revenue growth.
• Lead Stage Gate and NPI projects with R&D, Commercial, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Build relationships with key customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market developments, investments, and competitive activities to provide business insights.
• Represent Huntsman at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver customer and business development projects.
• Contribute to financial objectives through revenue growth and Commercial Margin improvement.
• Provide regular leadership updates on market opportunities and progress.
