Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing/customer marketing experience.
• Global marketing management experience with technology products, preferably semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor market dynamics, product lifecycle, and technology trends.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and digital promotional strategies.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business units and managing stakeholders.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Honeywell's products, software, and technology within the semiconductor vertical.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategic business groups to ensure alignment and maximize market penetration.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives and product positioning.
• Drive brand awareness and thought leadership through targeted communications, events, and digital marketing efforts.
• Support product launches and coordinate with sales and product management to ensure successful commercialization.
