Job summary

Treetops Resort in Gaylord, Michigan, is seeking a Marketing Manager to coordinate guest communications, develop compelling content, and partner with external marketing agencies. You will manage emails, social media, events, and monthly member updates, driving measurable results for a four-season resort.

The ideal candidate has a Marketing-related degree, strong writing and communication skills, and proven ability to use Google Analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field.
Experience using Google Analytics.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least two years of demonstrated experience in a related field.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Strong desire to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Create content and schedules for emails, social media accounts, and events.
Manage guest communications.
Plan and organize monthly member updates and newsletter content.
Provide weekly marketing analytics and data using Google Analytics.
Serve as liaison with external advertising and digital agencies.
Develop relationships with vendors and influencers to grow the brand’s presence.
Attend local networking functions.
Work closely with other departments across Treetops Resort.
