Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Marketing Manager to own the website and its search performance, manage the statement-of-qualifications and proposal library, and drive content across technical articles and case materials.

You will lead campaigns for new markets, coordinate with engineers on the content calendar, and ensure brand consistency. A strong background in B2B marketing and proposals is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy; has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
