Qualifications

5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.

Responsibilities

Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working;
Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit;
Produce the content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with the engineers who have the knowledge;
Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for the markets the company is opening, and report results monthly;
Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
