SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced events professional to plan and execute marketing events in the Sacramento area. You will manage logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets, while coordinating with internal teams and international offices to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills, ability to lead AV/stage production, and a willingness to travel, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale marketing events.
• Strong vendor collaboration and contract negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events independently or with a team.
• Manage event automation platforms and support event marketing initiatives.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders on assigned event projects.
• Develop event scopes, timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics (venues, catering, transport, staffing, AV, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts with venues and third-party vendors and manage budgets.
