Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in marketing analytics, digital engagement analysis, CRM data reporting, or market research.
• Experience with Technolutions Slate or similar CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes marketing and student engagement metrics across digital platforms, CRM campaigns, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Develops dashboards and reports using Slate, Google Analytics, and other tools to track performance and conversion rates.
• Conducts research on prospective student behaviors, trends in higher education marketing, and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
• Works with the Marketing Strategy team to implement A/B testing, automation, and behavioral triggers to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Partners with Admissions, Enrollment Management, Student Success, and Institutional Research to ensure data alignment and support strategic planning.
