Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • CRM Oversight: oversee university's CRM system, serving as the primary liaison between technical and business teams during analysis, design, and enhancement of CRM solutions.
  • Project Management and Leadership: support project task interpretation and execution, provide status updates, and guide CRM analysts in planning and evaluation.
  • Collaboration and Training: work with campus units to streamline processes, build cross-functional systems, and conduct trainings for stakeholders on the CRM system.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Senior CRM Analyst provides technical leadership in theanalysis, design, development, integration, and testing of complextechnical mission-critical systems that utilize system informationsystems (SIS) data. Participates in strategic technicaldecision-making and manages daily operations and system security.provides system problem resolutions to university users throughknowledge of software/language and system data and the developmentof best practices through research. This is done to serve theUniversity's information needs and to assist in easy facilitationof productive business practices of the University.

Minimum Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's Degree Required, Master'sDegree Preferred.

Experience

Two years of experience required.Experience working in a university setting in a programming or CRMrelated field preferred.Must have knowledge of relational databases and computer softwareand languages. University experience is preferred.

Job Duties
  • 40% - CRM Oversight: Take the lead in overseeing theUniversity's CRM system, serving as the main point of contactbetween technical and functional teams during the design, analysis,and enhancement of software solutions and systems. Manage dailytechnical operations of the University CRM, Slate, and maintainprocedural manuals to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy,and information integrity. Act as a subject matter expert on systemfunctionality and play a crucial role in the implementation of newsystems by staying updated on developments in institutionalresearch, evolving university objectives, and future programmingrequirements. - (Essential)
  • 40% - Project Management and Leadership: Provide crucialsupport in the selection, interpretation, and execution of tasksrelated to projects. Deliver clear and concise project/statusupdates, ensuring effective communication. Offer leadership andguidance to CRM Analysts in addressing assessment, planning, andevaluation requirements, focusing on measurable progress andresults. - (Essential)
  • 20% - Collaboration and Training: Foster collaboration withvarious business units across campus to streamline process flows,assess impact, and develop cross-functional systems. Cultivatestrong working relationships with business partners and internalteams to promote seamless coordination and innovation forprocesses. Manage trainings/workshops for campus stakeholders innavigating the CRM system for best practices. - (Essential)
