Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort is seeking a Marketing Database Manager to lead database marketing initiatives, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. You will develop strategies for direct mail, email, text, and app campaigns, oversee segmentation, offers, and communications, and monitor KPIs to drive profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 4 years in casino data with 2+ in management, and strong SQL/Power BI expertise. Gaming license eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• Four years in casino database or related work, with at least two years in management.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSRS.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement database marketing initiatives (DM, email, text, apps).
• Ensure database integrity and protection of guest information and gaming data.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and provide timely profitability reports.
• Present data-driven analyses and recommendations to leadership.
• Create Pro Formas for campaigns for analysis by the P&A team.
• Collaborate with IT to reduce labor costs and boost revenue.
• Stay current on competitive database programs and tech.
• Apply predictive AI tools to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
• Maintain and enhance campaign dashboards using BI tools.
• Provide team training on database programs and dashboards.
