Job summary

Mead & Hunt is a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development, content creation, and client research across architectural and engineering projects.

The role requires coordinating with teams across multiple locations, managing CRM updates, and producing interview materials. A degree in marketing or related field with experience is preferred, along with strong editing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or public relations or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in architectural/engineering or technical services industry preferred.
• Strong editing and writing skills for technical content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements.
• Review proposals and other written content for clarity, grammar, consistency, etc.
• Development of marketing content/materials in collaboration with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, etc.)
• Creating and producing interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handouts
• Conducting client research
• Attending tradeshows and conferences including event coordination
• Assisting with annual marketing planning efforts
• Perform CRM database updates including data management and reporting
• Other duties as assigned.
