Mead & Hunt is seeking an Experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Architecture & Building Engineering group with offices in Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; San Diego and Sacramento, CA. This role focuses on researching opportunities, leading proposal development, and creating marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has a marketing or related degree with 4+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline from an accredited college or university AND at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline from an accredited college or university AND at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• If no degree, the successful candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Research existing and potential opportunities.
• Strategize with applicable business units to meet Strategic Plan and Business Plan goals.
• Lead the proposal development process, including go/no-go and proposal kickoff meetings, content creation, strategic input on project and team selection, layout and design, and close-out/archiving.
• Lead interview preparation.
• Create marketing materials including presentations, social media and thought leadership content, and cut sheets.
• Lead award submissions.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s).
• Coordinate business development calls and provide appropriate reports.
• Other tasks as assigned.
