Job summary

Mead & Hunt is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our nationally recognized architectural and engineering firm. The role focuses on coordinating proposal development, writing and editing content, and creating marketing materials with input from technical staff.

You will collaborate with teams across Middleton, WI; West Allis, WI; Bloomington, MN; Denver, CO; and more, with approximately 5% travel. A strong background in marketing/writing and CRM is expected.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and/or experience totaling six years required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or an Associate degree plus 4 years.
• If no degree, at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the proposal development process, including writing and editing content.
• Review proposals for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Develop marketing content with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets).
• Create interview materials (presentations, exhibits, handouts).
• Conduct client research and attend tradeshows/conferences.
• Assist with annual marketing planning and CRM data updates.

As a result, a full-time position is available for a Marketing Coordinator! This opportunity is available in the following locations: Middleton, WI; Fenton, MO; West Allis, WI; Bloomington, MN; and Denver, CO.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements
• Review proposals and other written content for clarity, grammar, consistency, etc.
• Development of marketing content/materials in collaboration with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, etc.)
• Creating and producing interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handouts
• Conducting client research
• Attending tradeshows and conferences including event coordination
• Assisting with annual marketing planning efforts
• Perform CRM database updates including data management and reporting
• Other duties as assigned.

A valid driver's license and approximately 5% travel will be required.

The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or public relations or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.

OR

• Associate degree in marketing or related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience.

OR

• If no degree, the successful candidate must have at least 6 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:

• Experience working in architectural/engineering or another technical service industry
• Writing and editing documents with technical content.
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience working with team members in multiple locations.
• Proven organization, problem solving, and strong communication skills.
• Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power Automate).

Salary Range: $61,000 to $77,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
