Mead & Hunt is seeking an Experienced Marketing Coordinator for its Architecture & Building Engineering group, open in several California offices including San Diego. The role involves researching opportunities, leading proposals, creating marketing content, and managing the annual plan and budget.

A valid driver’s license and travel may be required. Ideal candidates hold a marketing-related degree with 4+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 6+ years, or 8+ years without a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications and 4+ years of experience in marketing or business development.
• Alternative: Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Research existing and potential opportunities and strategize with business units.
• Lead proposal development, content creation, and design input for go/no-go.
• Prepare interview materials and lead interview readiness.
• Create marketing materials including presentations, social content, and cut sheets.
• Coordinate award submissions and manage annual marketing plan and budget.
• Coordinate business development calls and produce reports.
