Job summary

Mead & Hunt, an award-winning national architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Denver, CO team. This full-time role supports proposal development, content creation, client research, and event coordination across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate has a six-year combination of education and experience in marketing or communications, with strong writing/editing skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Six years of combined education and/or experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/PR or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or AA with 4+ years.
• If no degree, at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements.
• Review proposals and other written content for clarity, grammar, consistency.
• Develop marketing content/materials with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets).
• Create and produce interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handouts.
• Conduct client research.
• Attend tradeshows and conferences including event coordination.
• Assist with annual marketing planning efforts.
• Perform CRM database updates including data management and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
