Job summary

ADF Engineering is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support business development, proposals, and brand consistency across engineering disciplines. You will collaborate with executives, account teams, project managers, and technical experts to produce compelling content, manage campaigns, and drive lead generation.

You will serve as the primary liaison with our external marketing agency, aligning growth strategies with digital marketing initiatives, events, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of marketing, communications, or business development support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support business development, sales growth, brand awareness, client engagement, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with executives, account executives, seller-doers, project managers, and technical experts to develop marketing content.
• Maintain brand consistency and drive lead generation efforts.
• Coordinate with external marketing agency to align goals, branding, digital marketing, and campaigns.
• Develop content, manage campaigns, and support events and conferences.
• Provide CRM and sales support, and assist internal communications.
