You will assist proposal production, create qualification materials with technical staff, and help shape nationwide business development aligned with the firm’s strategic plan. The role involves coordinating internal processes, maintaining shared platforms, and contributing to external communications while collaborating with marketing and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communication, or marketing.
• 2 years of marketing experience ideally in AEC-related industries.
• Experience organizing, editing, and preparing long documents.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe InDesign; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal production and deliverables by preparing qualification materials with technical staff.
• Assist business development nationwide; position opportunities and coordinate messaging.
• Monitor qualification-based pursuits and manage intake, distribution, and tracking.
