Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing functions. The role covers event planning, email marketing, flyer and signage creation, internal promotions, and light graphic design.

You will be a hands-on team player juggling creative projects with administrative tasks to ensure timely, polished marketing communications. The ideal candidate has solid generalist marketing experience, familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and produce flyers, brochures, posters, and internal signage.

• Email Marketing & Communications; plan and schedule campaigns; draft copy and manage lists.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort is located on Fripp Island, South Carolina, a 3500-acre private island located at the end of U.S. Highway 21 South. It is the last inhabited island in a chain of islands leading from historic Beaufort to the Atlantic Ocean. During the summer, we are in full swing with Resort guests checking in and out every week. In the offseason, we see golf groups, many weddings, and winter renters.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and organized Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing functions. This generalist role includes responsibilities across event planning, email marketing, flyer and signage creation, internal promotions, and light graphic design. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on team player who enjoys switching gears between creative projects and administrative tasks while ensuring our marketing communications are timely, polished, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce flyers, brochures, posters, and internal signage
• Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials onsite across the resort
• Ensure all materials align with the brand’s tone and visual identity
• Email Marketing & Communications
• Assist in planning and scheduling email marketing campaigns
• Draft copy, layout content, and manage distribution lists
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Event Support & Promotions
• Collaborate on planning and promoting special resort events and activities
• Assist with event setup, signage, and on-site logistics
• Coordinate with departments for internal event promotions
• Administrative & Marketing Support
• Assist with marketing calendar, budget tracking, and vendor communications
• Help maintain organized archives of marketing assets and photos
• Support cross‑department requests for marketing assistance
• General Content & Design
• Create basic graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
