Job summary

Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing functions. The role covers event planning, email marketing, flyer and signage creation, internal promotions, and light graphic design.

You will be a hands-on team player juggling creative projects with administrative tasks to ensure timely, polished marketing communications. The ideal candidate has solid generalist marketing experience, familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Well-rounded marketing experience in a generalist or coordinator role.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Strong written communication and basic graphic design skills.
• Ability to plan and support events and promotions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Photography or content creation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce flyers, brochures, posters, and internal signage.
• Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials onsite across the resort.
• Ensure all materials align with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
• Email Marketing & Communications; plan and schedule campaigns; draft copy and manage lists.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Event Support & Promotions; plan and promote resort events and activities; assist with setup and on-site logistics.
• Administrative & Marketing Support; manage marketing calendar, budget tracking, and vendor communications.
• Create basic graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; write/edit marketing blurbs; take photos at events.
