You will drive architectural leadership, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, influencing product direction while scaling expertise across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Oversee strategic direction and cadence of the Success Architect function.
• Lead capacity planning and resource alignment across initiatives and engagements.
• Balance workload to prevent burnout while delivering high-value outcomes.
• Direct a high-performing team connecting CSG, GTM, Product & Technology stakeholders.
• Provide architectural leadership and technical strategy guidance for Salesforce products.
• Represent the customer voice to influence product direction and strategy.
• Scale expertise across CSG and partner ecosystem with assets and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team capacity across strategic workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as executive liaison with senior leaders across Product, Technology, and GTM.
• Operate workload management, triage, and escalation protocols to avoid burnout.
• Drive strategic collaboration, trend analysis, and initiative execution.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a diverse, high-performing technical team.
• Manage intake and execution of success engagements driving customer outcomes.
• Evolve team capabilities and onboarding to stay future-ready.
• Build deep relationships with strategic customers to drive product adoption.
