Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years in people management of technical teams.
• Proven knowledge and experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing capacity and resources across complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and cadence for the Success Architect function.
• Ensure capacity planning and resource alignment across initiatives within Marketing Cloud.
• Drive prioritization and balance workload to maximize value and prevent burnout.
• Lead a high-performing team linking Cloud Success, GTM, and Product & Tech stakeholders.
• Provide architectural leadership, field enablement, and technical strategy guidance for complex products.
• Shape Salesforce's customer success vision and build a resilient Success Architect organization.
