Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Success Architect leader within Cloud Success to set strategic direction, manage capacity, and align with key stakeholders.

You will drive scalable impact across our customer base and lead a high-performing team delivering architectural guidance for Salesforce's most complex products. You will build relationships with strategic customers, surface customer insights to product teams, and develop assets, playbooks, and enablement paths to empower field teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee team capacity across strategic workstreams and ensure timely delivery of high-priority initiatives.
• Act as executive liaison with senior leaders across Product, Technology, TMP, Alliances, and CSG to align priorities and messaging.
• Coordinate workload balance to prevent burnout while maintaining quality and impact.
• Lead development of assets, playbooks, and enablement paths to scale expert knowledge across the field and partners.
• Build deep relationships with strategic customers through tailored consultative engagements that drive outcomes.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal forums to influence product direction and customer success strategy.
