You will partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns, develop targeted content, and manage projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate combines collaboration with execution across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or public sector environments.
• Experience executing multi-channel programs across email, web, social, and content marketing.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills to translate complex topics into clear messaging.
• Ability to analyze data to measure performance and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, web, social, content, webinars, and events.
• Drive demand generation and engagement through targeted inbound/outbound programs.
• Measure performance, identify trends, and apply insights to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop audience-focused messaging and content.
• Create compelling, brand-aligned content reflecting Tyler's voice.
• Identify opportunities and channels to expand reach and impact.
• Develop understanding of Tyler's products, markets, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Support marketing planning with data-driven recommendations.
