What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of the Pardot marketing automation platform for Private Client Services
- Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, including list creation, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies
- Analyze first-party marketing data to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Utilize third-party data to develop new campaign initiatives and inform marketing strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years experience with Pardot, also known as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in creating reports and dashboards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and design experience within Pardot
- Experience with other marketing technologies
