Job Overview:

We're looking for a driven event professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact experiences - both proprietary and third-party that amplify our brand and deepen client engagement.

What you'll do:

• Plan and deliver standout events and sponsorships that align with business goals and bring our brand to life in meaningful ways.
• Design strong, on-brand activations at key industry conferences - from speaking opportunities and branding to executive roundtables.
• Collaborate across digital, social, and comms teams to maximize visibility, internally and externally.
• Own budgets from start to finish tracking spend, flagging variances, and ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices.
• Run pre-event execution: gather internal approvals, scout venues, lead planning calls, develop project timelines, prep event hosts/speakers, coordinate collateral with creative teams, test A/V setups, execute the event playbook from end to end.
• Drive post-event feedback, reconcile expenses, debriefs, and deliver recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Own booth design, logistics, and execution at key industry conferences.
• Manage event giveaways, branded merchandise, and promotional accessories working closely with vendors.
• Build and manage relationships with associations, event organizers, and third-party partners to identify and secure strategic sponsorship opportunities that drive visibility and influence.

What you bring:

• 1-2+ years of experience in event marketing, sponsorships, or corporate communications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter mentality with high standards of professionalism and personal accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in financial services, commercial banking, or a global corporate environment.
• Background in marketing, brand, sales enablement, communications, or public relations.
