Must have actual trade show experience in the healthcare industry to be considered.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Events on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate all aspects of tradeshows, conferences, meetings, and other events, including pre-planning and post-event wrap-up.
- Travel internationally to support onsite execution of tradeshows and customer events, as needed.
- Assist in planning meetings supporting the Head of Events.
- Serve as a liaison for specific events, supporting resolutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with event software such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Zuant is preferred.
Additional support tasks:
- Scheduling and facilitating meetings for the Head of Events.
- Monitoring multiple lists and processes simultaneously.
- Managing onsite tradeshow and event logistics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience planning and executing tradeshows and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields.
- Experience supporting large international tradeshows and meetings, including regional events.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking ability under tight deadlines.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
