Position: Trade Show and Events Coordinator - Remote 8866

Location: Work remotely

Schedule: 1st shift

Projected duration: 12 months + potential for permanent placement

Full-time contractor position

Must have actual trade show experience in the healthcare industry to be considered.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Head of Events on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Coordinate all aspects of tradeshows, conferences, meetings, and other events, including pre-planning and post-event wrap-up.
  3. Travel internationally to support onsite execution of tradeshows and customer events, as needed.
  4. Assist in planning meetings supporting the Head of Events.
  5. Serve as a liaison for specific events, supporting resolutions.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Experience with event software such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Zuant is preferred.

Additional support tasks:

  1. Scheduling and facilitating meetings for the Head of Events.
  2. Monitoring multiple lists and processes simultaneously.
  3. Managing onsite tradeshow and event logistics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience planning and executing tradeshows and events.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields.
  3. Experience supporting large international tradeshows and meetings, including regional events.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking ability under tight deadlines.
  5. Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  6. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
