We have multiple openings for Account Managers in our Event Solutions division, primarily responsible for managing existing client accounts. If you are interested in other divisions, please note those positions are currently filled.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and close sales opportunities such as contract renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells.
  • Present products and services to corporate accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues within 24 hours.
  • Call on existing clients to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop targeted account plans and pursue key accounts within North America.
  • Set and achieve revenue goals for each account.
  • Forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (strong academic performance preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High computer literacy; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience selling in SaaS, technology, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
  • Experience in the Event Management industry is advantageous.

This position is remote, with a salary range of $60,000-$75,000 plus commission, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package. Note: Sponsorship is not available for this role.
