Events Manager Job Description

About The Role
The Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various events hosted by Sphera. The role involves coordinating tradeshows, webinars and hosted events. This includes managing logistical details such as venue selection, catering, decor, audiovisual equipment, and staffing. Virtual event logistics including technical set up, engagement tracking and recording. It must also ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Throughout the planning process, the Events Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal staff, providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The goal is to create memorable and successful events that leave a lasting impression on attendees and contribute to the overall marketing and sales targets of Sphera.
