A leading mental health private practice is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support event planning and execution. We’re looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Events Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the world of event planning and execution, learning how to create memorable events that strengthen our brand presence and engage our audience. You will support the team in coordinating various marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and clinic educational events. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals and make an impact on high-profile projects.

Our team is composed of the country’s most talented psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and compassionate healers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Qualifications and Requirements :
o 0 - 1 years' experience with event planning and coordination.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
o Familiarity with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite) and marketing tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
o Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
o Flexibility to adapt to dynamic event environments and unexpected challenges.
o A collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.

We provide you with a company computer and all software needed designed for the tasks you will be assigned. You must have highspeed internet and be available to work for at least 8 hours Mon-Fri. Official work day starts at 8 am Pacific time but we have employees from Florida to Hawaii.
