BII World is seeking energetic and enthusiastic professionals from the B2B Conferences industry. We have an opening for an Event Marketing Associate to manage marketing campaigns for our conferences and events in banking, digital transformation, healthcare, and workplace innovation sectors.

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in events and conference marketing will be considered.
Your main responsibility is to develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract sponsors, delegates, associations, and partners to our events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all marketing activities related to event promotion.
- Create content for email campaigns, press articles, advertisements, social media, and develop concepts for websites and creative materials.
- Identify and collaborate with media partners, industry influencers, and associations to enhance event visibility and establish lasting relationships.
- Handle digital and social media marketing, including event listings, content sourcing, and website updates; oversee social media promotions.
- Maintain analytics and generate weekly KPI reports to assess marketing performance.
- Drive the pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) via social media and email campaigns.
- Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
- Coordinate with the design and web teams.
- Work with project teams to align marketing strategies with event objectives.
- Promote speakers, sponsors, and partners across social media platforms.
- Participate actively in team and project meetings, contributing ideas and observations.
- Attend events when required.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and social media channels; basic content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; excellent communication skills.

- Results-oriented with business acumen.
- 1-3 years of conference marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience with email marketing, automation tools, and digital marketing practices.

- Knowledge of banking, digital transformation, healthcare, and workplace innovation sectors.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, including English and Arabic, French, or Spanish.
- Experience with CRM systems.
