Job summary

Canyon Creek Cabinet Company in Monroe, WA is seeking a Marketing Assistant / Reception to be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, dealers, designers, contractors and visitors. You will manage calls, schedule showroom appointments, maintain showroom presentation, and support the Marketing, Showroom, and Sales teams.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate showroom appointments and manage showroom communications.
• Assist Marketing, Showroom and Sales teams and welcome visitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and visitors and coordinate sign-in and appointments.
• Schedule showroom appointments and tours using MS Bookings and Showroom Outlook calendar.
• Maintain showroom presentation and supplies and respond to showroom inquiries.
• Support marketing literature projects and processing sample/product requests.
• Communicate information between customers and internal teams, and coordinate showroom communications.
