Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Manager, Marketing Analytics to lead a team of analytics professionals and shape measurement strategy across Marketing, Digital Experience, Retail, Product and other lines of business. This role moves beyond reporting to actionable insights and executive decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; 7+ years in marketing analytics, BI, data science, or related roles.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Advanced SQL and experience with large, multi-source datasets.
• Experience translating complex findings into executive-ready insights.
• Experience prioritizing analytics portfolios and balancing reporting with deep analysis.
• Experience supporting multiple lines of business and senior stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Knowledge of attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and marketing investment models.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analytics professionals; set priorities and manage performance.
• Own the marketing measurement framework and KPI definitions across functions.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Digital Experience, Retail, Lending, Deposits and other functions to define analytical approaches.
• Direct complex analyses including forecasting, segmentation, and propensity modeling.
• Advance attribution, experimentation, A/B/multivariate testing, and optimization practices.
• Support audience analysis, lifecycle and personalization analytics and data activation.
• Drive data quality, governance, and standards; manage analytics portfolio and roadmap.
