Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, statistics, data science, BI, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or Python and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units, mentoring junior staff.
• Consult with clients on tool/strategy implementation, monitoring, scoring, BI, data quality, and analytics products.
• Determine optimal analytic approaches, supporting development and enhancements.
• Contribute guidance on analytic approaches for complex solutions.
• Conceptualize, develop and optimize analytics solutions for leadership decisions.
• Analyze results and communicate conclusions to senior management and broader audiences.
