Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation, or data science.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience using Python for analytics.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including hypothesis testing, power analysis, and causal measurement.
• Experience working with large datasets and applying analytical methods to solve business problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence decisions through data‑driven insights.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments, define problems, evaluate analytical approaches, and recommend solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead measurement strategies and analytical frameworks across digital marketing channels to quantify incremental business impact and inform investment decisions.
• Analyze campaign and customer performance to identify opportunities, optimize marketing effectiveness, and maximize ROI.
• Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, geo-based tests, and conversion lift studies, to measure incremental business impact.
• Develop practical testing frameworks that balance statistical rigor, execution complexity, and business objectives.
• Integrate media, web analytics, customer, and marketing technology data to create a unified view of performance.
• Build dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights and support decision making.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Present methodologies, insights, and results to technical, business, and executive audiences.
