The role leads measurement, experimentation, and optimization to improve digital marketing effectiveness and drive measurable business value. You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, and senior leaders, designing experiments and building dashboards to communicate insights and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in advanced analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation, or data science.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analytics.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments and causal measurement.
• Experience with large datasets and solving business problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategies and analytical frameworks across digital marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, geo-based, lift studies) with rigorous methods.
• Develop practical testing frameworks balancing rigor and business goals.
• Integrate diverse data to create a unified performance view and dashboards.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
