Edelman Intelligence is seeking an Associate Director of Analytics to join our expanding team. We are looking for an analytics leader who is passionate about learning, problem-solving, and leveraging data to redefine how businesses and brands interact with customers.

This role will oversee a team of analysts and work directly with internal and external stakeholders to define, build, and execute multi-channel measurement strategies for global clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and data integration across multiple workstreams for global clients.
• Contextualize and apply data to generate a holistic view of the consumer and inform programs.
• Apply knowledge of the client and digital analytics to evaluate new data opportunities (sources, methodologies, partnerships).
• Foster creative thinking around how to use data to solve business challenges in marketing and communications.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline leads to guide decision-making across technical and non-technical teams.
• Provide day-to-day management and mentorship to a team of analysts.
