Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a Marketer / Hospital Liaison to develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners. The role focuses on driving admissions and increasing census for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

The successful candidate will educate partners on the facility's programs, coordinate with Admissions to ensure smooth referrals, and represent the facility at events and meetings, while monitoring market trends to

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services preferred.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Long-Term Care, or Hospital setting strongly preferred.
• Established relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve admissions goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
