Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an energetic Marketer/Hospital Liaison to expand referral networks and drive admissions, focusing on hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to grow census.

The ideal candidate has healthcare marketing or admissions experience, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to work independently to meet census goals. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services preferred.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Hospital setting strongly preferred.
• Established relationships within the local healthcare community are a plus.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet admissions and census goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community organizations.
• Increase census through effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Conduct daily visits to referral sources and represent the facility in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate referrals and admissions.

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral sources.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve census and occupancy goals.
