Responsibilities

• Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, senior expos to raise awareness and referrals.

Position Summary

The Community Liaison is responsible for growing census and building the facility's reputation by developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, families, and community organizations. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with families, clinicians, and case managers.

• Comfortable with frequent travel within the community (hospitals, events, referral sources).

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Compassionate, professional demeanor when working with families during a difficult and emotional time.
