Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an energetic Marketing Liaison to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships, developing referral sources, and helping patients and families find the right care.

The Marketing Liaison will grow the facility’s census by developing relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare referral sources, while coordinating with Admissions and Clinical teams to ensure timely admissions and

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, sales, or referral development preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with facility leadership and clinical teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and referral partners.
• Generate new referral opportunities and strengthen existing referral relationships.
• Represent the center at hospitals, healthcare facilities, community events, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources and community partners.
• Promote the facility’s clinical services, rehabilitation programs, and care offerings.
• Coordinate referrals with Admissions and Clinical teams to facilitate admissions.
• Follow up on referrals and maintain consistent communication with sources.
• Monitor market activity and identify census growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and outreach.
• Participate in tours, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused Marketing Liaison to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional who enjoys building relationships, developing referral sources, and helping patients and families find the right care.

The Marketing Liaison will play a key role in growing the facility’s census by developing strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, community organizations, and other healthcare referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.

• Generate new referral opportunities and strengthen existing referral relationships.

• Represent Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center at hospitals, healthcare facilities, community events, and professional networking opportunities.
