Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a results-driven Marketer/Hospital Liaison to cultivate referral relationships with hospitals, physicians and case managers, driving admissions and boosting our presence in the healthcare community.

The role requires engaging outreach, daily visits to referral sources, and collaboration with admissions to optimize census, with a focus on service excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Hospital setting strongly preferred.
• Established relationships within the local healthcare community are a plus.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet admissions and census goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities
