Hc is seeking a proactive Marketer / Hospital Liaison to drive admissions through strong hospital and physician relationships. You will visit hospitals and referral sources daily, educate partners on the SNF's programs, and collaborate with Admissions to ensure smooth referrals.

This full-time role demands an energetic, organized professional who can work independently, manage time well, and contribute to census growth across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or hospital liaison roles is preferred.
• Experience in SNF/rehabilitation Long-Term Care or hospital settings is preferred.
• Established relationships with local hospitals and providers is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community organizations.
• Generate referrals and increase admissions through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Conduct daily visits to hospitals and referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Educate referral partners on the facility's programs, services, and capabilities.
• Coordinate with Admissions to ensure seamless referral and admission processes.
• Represent the facility at networking events and healthcare meetings.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain records of referral activity and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve census and occupancy goals.
